Recording your dreams on tumblr is surely the internet’s greatest cliche (or would be if Hitler were involved..). Nevertheless, surely a homeless man attending clinic with unilateral nasal obstruction, only to eventually reveal it was because he kept a small canada goose in his left nasal cavity, is worth recording? The goose, when produced, was very stunted in it’s growth and the colour of a cooked chicken.
